How do I look up a company profile?
GET /api/v1/sec-filings/company?ticker=AAPL (or ?cik=320193) returns the resolved company profile from SEC submissions data.
Resolve any company by CIK or ticker, pull recent filings with form and date filters, or retrieve XBRL concept facts — all normalized from live SEC EDGAR data.
This calls the live SEC Filings API against SEC EDGAR. Switch between company profile and recent filings.

Recent filing feeds
GET /filings returns normalized filing rows with form, filing date, accession number, and direct document URL.
Single and multi-form filtering
Filter by a single form or a comma-separated list, e.g. forms=10-K,10-Q,8-K, with sortable date order.
Date-range and pagination
fromDate/toDate bounds plus limit/offset pagination (up to 100 records, offset up to 2000).
XBRL concept facts
GET /facts resolves company concept data by taxonomy and tag, returning unit-specific observation arrays.
Catalog discovery
GET /catalog returns capability metadata and example form types for building dynamic pickers.
